Upon arrival at Quest Motor Group Braintree, I received a warm welcome as I asked to view one of their cars for sale. I was shown some other cars of the same model that I went to view, that were in a different colour, which was of interest to me as it was nice to be able to compare the cars. The Customer Service I received was excellent from the point of viewing the car to making a purchase. I gained the impression that Quest Motor Group actively make the effort to ensure customer satisfaction in their purchase of a vehicle, and subsequent maintenance of it ( if required ). In summary, I found that I had an excellent experience when purchasing a vehicle from this reputable and trusted Motor Group. I have had the car for a few days now and I love it ! Thank you.
